Happy Birthday Mark!

Happy Birthday to you,
you've turned forty-two!

I look a year older,
and I feel like it too. (added by the birthday boy himself)

We are taking dad out to dinner tonight, but it's a surprise. More later.

Update: We met Mark for dinner at the Melting Pot in Annapolis. Matthew and Andrew kept the secret until after lunch today and then told Mark we were going to the "dipping" restaurant. Terrific restaurant for a birthday celebration, they put a bunch of balloons on the table, put a candle in the cheesecake for chocolate fondue, and took our picture during dessert.

Mark finding out that we get to spend tomorrow
evening at our first "Demolition Derby".

Andrew lighting the official Birthday Hat. We got
the had at Disneyworld on my birthday and we
decided to make it a tradition at our house. Dang,
I forgot to get it out in time for Mark to wear to
the bus stop this morning. The "Bus stop Moms"
would have had a field day with it.

Mark got lots of nice cards and gifts from the family.
We also got him some new swim trunks and beach
shoes for our upcoming vacation.
Happy Birthday to the best husband, father, and friend!
